INTERCULT FINAL CONFERENCE

On 29th April, the partners of InterCult held the Final Conference of the project online.
On this occasion, local stakeholders working with Migrants and French policy-makers had the opportunity to exchange about one important topic related to the integration of Migrants in the host community: the support of their socio-professional integration by social actors. This project highlighted the need for an intercultural approach in this process.

As a result of the InterCult project, the partners produced a kit dedicated to social actors, language trainers, and to all entities working aiming at facilitating this process. Understanding the issues related to improving and valuing the skills of trainers that are directly working with Migrants and Refugees is essential to reflect together on the systems, tools, and values to be developed in France and in Europe.

Special thanks to:
Flavien Marcon (SGAE), Corinne Lechevin (DDETS), Nathalie Vigier Eloire (DDETS), Yves Brunner (OFII), Frédérique Pharaboz (DIAIR), Mohsen Pakatchian (ABC Formation) and Inès Mesmar (La Fabrique Nomade) and all the InterCult partners.
